About us

Public Housing Units are HUD owned properties that are managed by the Housing Authority. Currently, the PHA has 234 Public Housing Units. The location of the units are George Wright Homes, Booker T Washington Homes, Price Circle, Jackson Court, and Clovis Graves.
The Housing Authority of the City of Paris also manages 293 Housing Choice Vouchers on the Section 8 Program. The Section 8/HCV Program is a Voucher Program. A voucher is issued to applicants and the applicant goes out into the community and leases units that are privately owned properties.
